CBA: Beijing top Qingdao 105-97

The Chinese Basketball Association’s leading club is showing no signs of slowing down. Stephon Marbury and the Beijing Ducks hosted Qingdao. The Ducks are still unbeaten on the season with 11 straight wins.

Beijing returned home after four away games and Marbury was the guiding force again. The American guard grabbed the first two points of the game and dished a game-high 7 assists.

But the visitors used the league’s top scorer to keep it competitive. Lester Hudson paced Qingdao with 31 points. Former Beijing frontliner Olumide Oyedeji scored 22.

But Marbury got his squad back in shape and Beijing retained a double-digit advantage. The capital club led 54-44 after a dominant first half.

Beijing power forward Randolph Morris chipped in 30 points...he helped make sure the win streak would continue. Beijing beat Qingdao 105-97. The Ducks are still in first place at 12-0.
