Tian Zhandong claims men's ski jump

On the men’s ski jump, 14 jumpers from three delegations took part in the men’s individual event. Participating in the national winter games for the fourth time, Tian Zhandong from Changchun was the class of the competition.

With his jump of 90.5 meters, the 30-year-old veteran led after the first jump. Tian leapt another 84 meters in his second attempt, claiming gold with 211 points.

This is his third gold at the national winter games.
