In L.A., Kobe's not the only masked man, Chris Paul and his broken nose hosted the Celtics.

Blake Griffin brings the noise and cuts a Boston lead to 4.

But the Celtic vets were not impressed. Ray Allen squares up from three to increase the lead.

Boston pushed its advantage further in the fourth. A bad defensive switch lets Kevin Garnett get open for the hoop-and-one. KG had a big game with 21 points and 8 boards.

Paul would try and lead the Clippers' comeback. He gets three the hard way and L.A. is within 3.

And the Clips would tie it up after the Mo Williams steal, 73-all, with 5 minutes to go.

But that's when the Celtics started to make plays. The more-experienced team went on a 13-2 run, including this Paul Pierce trey.

Boston would be up 5 late in the game. Griffin threatened to trigger another Clippers charge. He had 24 points and 9 rebounds in the contest.

But on the next possession Garnett would ice it with a turnaround jumper. Boston holds on for a 94-85 win. LA has lost five of its last 7 home games.
