In the world of Chinese athletics, the name Lang Ping is synonymous with success. The woman, who earned the nickname "The Iron Hammer", helped China become Olympic volleyball champions as a player, and won a pair of Olympic silver-medals as the coach of the Chinese and American national teams.

This month, Lang's coaching career reached another peak after guiding Guangzhou Evergrande to their first Women's Volleyball League title. No one would have thought that was possible three years ago, when she took over a struggling Guangzhou side.

But she was able to work her coaching magic and take a second division club and turn them into league champions. CCTV's correspondent Wang Dong caught up with Lang to explore the secrets of building a championship team.
