China's preparation for the upcoming London Olympics continued on Thursday night when the national basketball team, who were on a 4 games winning streak, took on Croatia in another warmup match in the central city of Yongcheng in Henan Province.

Dallas Mavericks forward Yi Jianlian playing his new role as leader for the national team following the retirement of Yao Ming.

Sharp shooter Wang Shi put China on top with a clutch three from downtown - providing a good platform from which China could build. Liu Wei stepped in with another three, China setting the tone of the game and maintaining their dominance from that point on.

China put their offence to the test inside the premeter - Zhou Peng and Yi Jianlian playing aggressively in the second half. Yi notched a game high 27 points and 10 rebounds, this triple basically sealing it for the home side midway through the final quarter.

Finally, China would coast to a 90-82 win, clinching their fifth consecutive win in the warmup series.
