Ernst aims for more gold in London

This is a man who has a golden list of achievements. Nine Boston marathon titles a Laureus Sports award and numerous Paralympic medals including a gold in Beijing.

South Africa Wheelchair road racer Ernst van Dyk comes to London having achieved it all, but a gold here would top the lot.

As Ernst continues his preparations on the lanes of Essex…just outside of London. He knows he will also face stiff competition from former Formula one driver Alex Zanadi who has also taken up the sport…and is one of the favourites.

But Ernst has his own reasons for winning. He missed out on witnessing the birth of his second daughter in South Africa this week. So Daddy needs to bring home some gold. And with his track record – who would bet against him.
