Arsenal was favoured for a victory at the Emirates on Saturday. The gunners were taking on Fulham, looking to turn things around after losing to Manchester United last weekend.

Arsene Wenger’s men had stuttered so far this season, but goals from Olivier Giroud and Lukas Podolski made it a 2-0 lead for the home side after 23 minutes.

However, Fulham came back in superb fashion. Dimitar Berbatov, scoring twice, and Alex Ka-caniklic added another. The visitors led 3-2.

But Giroud ignited the hope for the home side after heading in the equalizer in the 69th.

In the stoppage time. Mikel Arteta’s penalty was saved by the keeper. Arsenal was held to a 3-3 draw with Fulham.
