Q3: Sometimes when there is crisis, it enables you to do the kinds of changes which you should do anyway, but if things are going well, you really don't have to. But when the financial crisis which stimulates necessary to stimulate the economy, the opportunity to use new technologies, new ways of doing things, becomes particuly poignant, and so expos seems to be coming at the best possible time. After the crisis, people know they have to stimulate, and now you have all these new ways of thinking, do you see an actural practical implementation of such strategy?
A: China has plans for saving more energy and improving the quality of the environment. In our current Five-Year-Plan, we're aiming to reduce per-unit energy consumption by 20%, and oxygen consumption by 20%.
