UN refugee agency head visits famine-afflicted Somalia

The head of the UN refugee agency, Antonio Guterres, made a rare visit to Somalia´s capital, Mogadishu on Wednesday. He´s worried about the dire situation of refugees in the countries south, noting that aid groups are still unable to access many of the 3.6 million people at risk of starvation.
